•    HANA server administration which includes:
o    Server availability and performance monitoring
o    Back up activity monitoring and processing
o    HANA database monitoring and administration
o    SLT activities monitoring and administration
o    SLT job monitoring
o    Necessary housekeeping activities (e.g., clean up cache and logs)
o    HANA level user security management including for SLT activities
o    System documentation maintenance
o    Solution Management (i.e. upgrades and patches)
o    Object move to be worked out with the team to match with the Support hours
o    Implement Service Packs and perform Upgrades as required.
