Must-Have • Certified LSA
• Min 8+ yrs of Exp in implementing PEGA projects
• Min 2 yrs of experience in designing and archiecting PEGA solutions
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to engage with customer effectively
Good-to-Have • Strong Java/J2EE background
• Experience in PEGA COE
Background Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Computer Science Preferred) or MCA with a good background of software development/technical architecture

1 • Engage with customer SME / Architectand understand pain areas / project requirements
• Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy
• Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem
• Help create road map for the project
• Provide technical leadership to project team
• Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / desing / coding
• Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implemnetation
• Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings
