(in Yrs) 6+ Years Minimum
Technical/Functional Skills
• In depth understanding of Teamcenter, Workflows, Schema, Translators
• Understanding of CAD application - ProE
• Good understanding of Product Life Cycle processes
• Hands on experience in Teamcenter
• Design experience in Teamcenter/ProE in Integration Manager for ProE (IPEM) environment
• Basic knowledge in TC-SAP integration (T4S)
Experience Required 6+ years of experience
Roles & Responsibilities
• Function as level 4 support focal to users in Semitool, Kalispell
• Supporting users in resolving complex ProE, Teamcenter related questions and issues
• In-depth analysis for root causing Teamcenter, ProE & IPEM related issues
• Work with various internal stake holders (Production support and L4 support team in India) for complex issues
• Work with various application vendors for product bugs
Ensure that the customers are satisfied with support and gain the confidence of customers
Generic Managerial Skills
• Good Analysis skills and approaching issues in systemic manner
• Good communication in English
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with a wide range of individuals
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers
Education B.E/B.Tech. in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
