Role:                     SAP Retail Planning Business Analyst/Consultant
Location:              Atlanta, GA (Travel OK)
Start date:           1st Week, August 2014

Job Description:
• You will provide support to the Pre Sales team and during the Gap Analysis and Blueprinting phase for Retail Planning and Stores SAP/ERP implementation
• Consult customers on supply chain practices and develop best practice solutions and process methodology for their needs
• Delivery of projects on-time and in-budget
• Participate in the requirements gathering process, ensuring clear understanding of clients' requirements and manage customer expectations
• Create and modify procedural and system documentation throughout the project life cycle
• Ensures the system provides required business functions and provides ongoing support to customers
• Help Develop Approach on Future Phases of Work

Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years' experience of Retail Planning business processes and solving business problems, ERP solutions, and supply chain management optimization
• Experience in a consulting environment or with an Industry End User customer
• Candidates will have a technical affinity or willingness to understand
• Candidates will have Retail industry experience
• Proven ability to write and create solution approaches and ability to professionally present them
• Strong presentation, influencing, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Candidates will need to be available to travel to customer sites in North America
• Desirable but not essential: Candidates will have exposure to ERP/SAP or possess lateral knowledge of SAP modules associated with Supply Chain Management
• Understanding of SAP Rapid deployment approach
