Duration: 6+ Months
Responsibilities:
Engagement Lead / Manager – Onsite
· 10 – 12 years of experience in leading Testing and Test Automation engagements
· Strong customer facing skills at Director / CXO level
· Solid experience in working with Offshore-Onsite Model as an Engagement Manager
· Good breadth of technology knowledge like Java, Test Automation, Mobility, etc
· Experience working with atleast couple of US based multi-national banking customers
· Good leadership abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Good understanding of Agile (Scrum and TDD) must to have
· Past experience / contribution to Testing CoE is good to have
· Experience in Testing Practice Leadership is good to have
Past experience in Testing efficiency improvements, ROI analysis will be added advantage
PM skills are must to have
Technical Skillset Mix:
- Selenium/Java & Selenium Automation Tool; CA LISA (LISA is an automated UI testing tool –LISA is ideal, but not likely to find)
- Angular JS
- Jasmine (Javascript testing tool) If they don't have Jasmine JS Unit is OK
- Java/Spring v. 3.2.4
- DB2
- Eyechart
- APIWare
