Job Title: Data Modeler
Location: Topeka, KS
Type: Contract
Start date : ASAP

Must Have Skills:
·         Design, architect and implement data models to support OLAP development
·         Collaborate with architect, technical lead and analysts to drive data requirements and design Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical/ canonical and physical data model Responsible for modeling of BI solutions including dimensional data marts and operational reporting databases Facilitate requirements elicitation and modeling sessions including use of interview, document analysis, workshops etc.
·         Drive the development and enforcement of modeling standards, best practices and patterns
·         5+ years' experience in relational and dimensional Data Modeling
·         5+ development and integration
·         Experience using CA Erwin or other similar modeling tool Strong Experience working on large volume databases, specifically Oracle 10g and 11g Experience working in complex projects with multi-tier architecture.
·         Strong SQL skills including DDL and DML; PL/SQL experience preferred Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile delivery environment.
·         Success in designing and facilitating requirements elicitation sessions including use of interview, document analysis, workshops, workflow analysis, etc…
·         Adaptability in determining appropriate requirements capture and management methods including but not limited to use cases, user stories, customer journeys and storyboards
·         Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects
·         Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment
·         Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
·         Successful track record dealing with executive level professionals to drive business outcomes
·         Excellent communication skills in both formal and informal settings
