Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills
• Bachelor degree in Business Area or IS or equivalent 3-5 years work experience in testing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various levels of the team to clarify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Soap UI leveraged for automated testing of services.
• Strong knowledge of QuickTest (test UI experience), experience with descriptive coding.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Developer (table compares)
• Knowledge of IBM Infosphere MDM products a plus (namely MDM – Master Data Management , IIS – Infosphere Information Server which includes DS - Data Stage and QS - Quality Stage, BPM - Business Process Management)
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams leveraging Lean-Agile methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Initiative and orientation to seek opportunities to increase process/system efficiencies, customer satisfaction and overall business impact.
• Strong cross-functional team player, with the ability to develop strong relationships with business partners.
• Experience in working with other teams on large development efforts a plus.
• Strong self-starter, results driven.
• Ability to lead while participating in projects.
• Strong project management and leadership skills a must (facilitation, communication, organization, leadership, and barrier removal)
