My Healthcare client has 3 open positions available for a Sr. Java Developer in the Boston area.

Sr. Java Developer in the Boston area.  Candidates must have HIPAA 5010 experience and be able to travel weekly AND travel to their other locations on a as needed basis.  The ideal candidates will have experience with HIPAA 5010 EDI files, HealthRules Connector and iWay Software solutions, as well as working as part of a team or as a team lead within a healthcare consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

Developers will be responsible for: Maintenance and support of existing client interfaces and data exchanges Development of and assisting in the development of new interfaces and trading partner exchanges Development, support and maintenance of future interface builds

Qualifications:

Strong Java development skills are required\ 5+ years Java/J2EE, EJB, XML WebLogic Eclipse IDE Oracle Deep understanding of HIPAA 5010 X12 transactions (837, 834, 27x, 835, etc) Healthcare (Payer environment) experience is required   Secondary (nice to have) ·         Perforce ·         iWay ·         Jira ·         Solid experience with HealthRules Connector  Experience with iWay Software solutions  Knowledge of HP Extreme will be helpful Knowledge of HIPAA transactions
