Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills   
• This position will be responsible for all storage, backups and over time disaster recovery for All Ascena brands.
• EMC storage array's. Preferably a VMAX or DMX4
• Brocade fabic. We have a combination of DS5300 and director class  DCX 8510's
• Understanding of other storage array technologies. We have IBM, HP, Nexsan, and Netapp as well. those are not a required skillset but a nice to have.
• Understanding of backup software. We use CommVault v9 today. This position will required focus on backup infrastructure not just storage.
• On call is a must. 24x7 on call support with 2 other individuals already on this team.

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills    Ensures the stability and integrity of the global enterprise voice, data, video, and wireless network services. This is achieved by planning, designing, and developing local area networks and wide area networks across the organization. Participates with the design, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. Analyzes and resolves network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.  Responsible for developing and leading major network technology implementations and initiatives.  Leads the mentoring and development of others as it relates to network technology and related major initiatives
Total experience in required skill (years)    ~8 years
