JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Location: Houston, TX

 

Maximo Support Analyst:
• Minimum 5 years client facing Maximo application support experience required. Can be a mix of support and project work.
• Strong functional understanding of Rigmax 7.x including Work Management, Maintenance Management, Inventory management and purchase cycle.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication required
• Experience leading client and team meetings
Experience working within a distributed delivery model (working with onshore and offshore teams)
• Maximo 7.x Application Maintenance and Support experience required
• Strong working knowledge in developing Custom app Bean, Data Bean, Maximo MBO's, Field validation Classes and Maximo UI framework.
• Experience in Maximo Work Flow design, development and administration.
• Experience in BIRT reporting development and deployment.
• Experience in Maximo Enterprise Adapter MEA /MIF (Maximo Integration Framework) - integration objects, integration interfaces and external systems to load Objects, Attributes and Domains.
• Metadata knowledge of the database related to Maximo framework information.
• Experience with Oracle 11g, Maximo Database Configuration, Cron Task, Actions, Migration Manager and Domains highly desired
• Basic knowledge of application server for Maximo deployments.
• Scripting knowledge for performing ETLs would be a plus.
• Experience with/knowledge of the following is preferred: ITSM (ticket tool), Clearcase, Software development life cycle(SDLC), QA best practices, and Change Management processes
Client facing requirements gathering, enhancements analysis, testing, documentation, client meetings
