Business Systems Analyst (very similar to BA but more Business, Process and Tech)

Location: Irvine, CA

Length: 6/12 Month Contract

Interview Process: phone and face to face. Local is best but not a must

 

Currently there is a need for FIVE position for a Business Systems Analyst

 

Primary :

- Extensive knowledge of business issues and processes as well as financial lending systems

- Must be able to conduct needs assessments with clients to identify business requirements that translate into a BRD's and project plans

- Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, strong capability of managing complex projects

- Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by contributing to the development of process, systems, methodologies and tools

- Author detailed business requirement and technical specification documents

- Experience in use case development and testing coordination including creation of UAT's and Test Cases

- Strong process development and documentation experience

 

Skills

•          Must have end to end experience on projects

•          Must be business and process oriented

•          Must have done process implementation

•          Must have understanding of technical architecture

 

History

•          Finance industry preferred

•          Large project experience preferred
