Position Title : Java Developer(Lead)

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration : 6-12 Months + Contract

Job Description & Skills :

Consistently applies learned processes, procedures to include (however not limited to) the software development lifecycle and/or release processes.
Receives more complex work packages from manager/delegates.
Develops accurate estimates, and creates project and component work packages based on specifications.

Key Technologies – Either :

Front End UI Development: Java/J2EE, Core Java, GWT or AWT/Swing, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Hibernate, Tomcat
OR
Backend: JBOSS, JMS/ActiveMQ, EJB, Hibernate, MySQL Cluster/Oracle, Solr/Lucene

Desired Skills & Experience :

Bachelors degree and 8 years of IT work experience.
3+ years of practical core Java, J2EE, and Object Oriented Programming experience.
Advanced knowledge of Webservices development
4+ years client side development experience.
4+ years of server side development experience.
3+ years of SOLR/Lucene experience.
2+ years Java Swing AWT client side development experience.
Understanding of integration.
2+ years leading teams of developers implement large distributed projects.
3+ years hands on experience on design and development of web applications using J2EE.
Experience in scalable server application development
