We are in need of SAP HR/HCM Consultant with experience in China and Singapore Payroll for OMAN - Middle East
Project Duration - 4 months
JD:
HCM experience with 5-7 years in APJ Payroll with knowledge of China and Singapore
• Must have 2 End to End Payroll Implementation Experience in China and Singapore.
• Developing Blueprint Design Document based on requirements submitted by the business, detailed functional and technical specifications for changes to SAP systems.
• Perform configuration for the HR SAP modules of Payroll, Time Evaluation and interfaces with third party vendors.
• Consulting with ABAP developers and provide technical specs to develop customized solutions.
• Consulting with other custom code developers and provide technical specs for interfaced solutions.
• Performing unit testing of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and staging environments, including regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.
• Coordinating long chain testing where appropriate of changes (configuration, custom development, etc.) in development and staging environments.
• Providing prototypes and implementation of new functionality based on client needs.
• Providing support for other activities that impact the HR/Payroll system, such as configuration changes to support changing business conditions, SAP ECC upgrades, application of hot packs, project work, etc.
SAP certification is added Advantage.

11. Experience with Data Visualisation tools like Tableau , Clickview, MS powerBI, quicksight , etc
12. At least one implementation on cloud either in AWS, Azure or IBM cloud
