Job Summary:

Job Title   : SAP CRM Functional Consultant

Location  : El Segundo, CA/ Charlton, MA
Duration : 6-12 Months

 

Travel: Need to travel every week to one of the above locations

Any Visa is fine. Need Functional Resource who is strong in CRM Service Module

 

This is a functional position.

Skills and Responsibilities:

·         10+ years of SAP - CRM Services Module Experience

·         5 to 6 years + SAP CRM solution design, configuration and implementation of CRM web services

·         Ability to lead project on CRM derive side

·         Ability to lead requirement gathering and design sessions

·         Ability to do detail designing in CRM

·         Thorough understanding of service to cash process

·         Expertise in implementation of CRM Service management in complex environment including, 

§  In house repairs (depot repairs)

§  On-site repairs

§  Variant configuration

§  Pricing

§  Complex categorization

§  Middleware expertise to setup and resolve non-technical issues

§  CRM Service ticket handling

§  CRM service order processing

§  CRM repair order processing

§  Confirmations in CRM

§  Experience in managing serial numbers and install base in CRM

§  Integration experience with SAP ECC is must

§  Integration experience with Vistex is highly desirable
