Job Description
We are looking for a very strong Java Developer with deep Java Expertise, be a leader and contributor as well, needs little or no oversight in completing his or her work, very collaborative to find and develop innovative solutions.
A senior JAVA developer with 10plus years of experience
Hands on experience in application development using Java, multi-threading, JavaScript, Spring, Spring Batch, JAXB, JDBC, XML, REST technologies/frameworks.
Strong in Object - oriented design/analysis, UML modeling, Classic design patterns, JEE patterns
Experienced with Java/J2EE development and have successfully delivered web apps.
Requirements
- Media/Advertisement background ideal but not required
- Extensive back end and Front end web development expertise
- Must have 10 plus years of programming and/or design, modeling tools and methodology or other technology disciplines.
- Must have at least 5 years of hands on experience developing server side applications with core Java/J2EE, SPRING and XML.
- Must have at least 5 years of hands on experience in OOD, working with design patterns.
- Experience with Spring Framework a must
- Experience with Mongo DB required.
- Experience with AngularJS/HTML5 required.
- Experience producing and consuming RESTful web service APIs
- Experience with MQ messaging service optinal.
- Tomcat application server experience.
- Knowing Dev/Ops is a plus
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL database systems
- Good understanding of Unix/Windows Operating system.
- SCRUM experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to react quickly to new demands in an ever-changing dynamic business environment.
- Sound Analytical Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure like a 'swat' team, producing results in a faster turnaround mode.
- Ability to analyze and explain the risks involved in using, or not using, technology solutions to solve business or organizational problems and not compromising on the architectural direction and vision.
