Job Description :

 

Role : IBM Websphere developer 

Location : Cedar Rapids, IA

Duration : 1 to 2 year

·         Expert in IBM Websphere Portal (JSR 168 and/or JSR 286 standards)

·         Expert in Java and J2EE ? BS or MS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

·         8+ years of web or client-side application development experience

·         5+ years of professional software development lifecycle experience with web based applications

·         Database development experience with Oracle and SQL Server using stored procedures & triggers

·         Strong proficiency with object-oriented development methodologies

·         Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying Service Oriented Architecture principles

·         Experience developing synchronous and asynchronous messaging transactions

·         Experience with Rational Application Developer

·         Knowledge of common Java libraries, including: Struts, Hibernate, JSF, Spring, Axis, Jakarta Commons Experience with XML and related technologies (XML Schema, XSLT, SOAP)

·         Experience with development of markup languages (HTML, XHTML) & Scripting language and frameworks (JavaScript, Jquery, and/or Dojo)

·         Experience with Web Content Management Systems (SDL Tridion or Interwoven Teamsite)

·         Experience developing testing scenarios for developed code

·         Excellent verbal and written communication

·         Experience with Agile Scrum
