Role	Lead .NET
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	Application developers must be able to recognize the needs of customers, and create new applications that answer those needs. He/She must be able to clearly communicate their ideas to coders, teammates and management; and msst be adept in computer languages and have good technical knowhow. Minimal 3 years of .NET/C#
Roles and responsibility	Help in executing the Project Development in SDLC cycle Under stand the business requirement and re-validate them with available technical environment Prepare the technical design document (low level, High level) Do the coding, help in creating and reviewing the technical framework/design Testing the application
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills	Retail background with technical expertise in merchandising and jda/galleria/apollo and .Net
