Location: Irvine, CA

Job Description:
Work with team to architect the LifeRay portal to migrate their existing webSphere portal.  Responsible for participating in business analysis and requirements gathering sessions, and to architect the solution.  Additional responsibilities include reviewing code, architecting desired object models and databases, hands-on solution development, developing proofs of architecture and proofs of concepts, and ensuring the best practices are followed, and ensuring the proposed architecture is easy to maintain for further enhancement.Resource should be able to leverage the LifeRay portal framework.

Must Have Skills:
•               Architecture Experience creating complete solution architectures.
•               Prior experience on the migration, design and development of enterprise applications and platforms as a Software Architect.
•               Translates project requirements into technical architecture.
•               Recommends and sets strategic architecture direction and approves the employment of high level software development/architecture.
•               Strong experience with SSO.
•               Experience with Java based open source frameworks.
•               Software development methodologies including Rational Unified Process, Agile.
•               Good working knowledge of Enterprise Portal Content, System, User Administrations and Portal customizations.
•               Very good understanding of integration with content management tools.
•               Knowledge of Linux/Apache/Tomcat.
