Title: PeopleSoft BA/Reporting Analyst
Summary:
Manager Notes: This is a Techno/Functional role - looking for a PeopleSoft BA with a STRONG reporting background - someone that has deep experience in the PeopleSoft Reporting tool and SQL reporting, the ability to gather requirements/functional specs, ,etc. 6-month contract with potential of extension. Position must be on-site.

Business Analysis
• Partner with HR functional teams to identify and document business requirements necessary to provide requested business solution.
• Perform fit gap analysis necessary to insure that appropriate functional solution is identified.
• Work with HRIT developer throughout the development process to insure that all necessary information has been documented, in order to create the requested solution.
• Work with functional teams to insure appropriate test plan has been created.
• Facilitate the functional team members gain the necessary security in order to run the requested solution.
• Document existing business processes and refine future processes

Support
• Monitor, respond and resolve tickets and issues submitted by business partners.
• Perform mass loads into the PeopleSoft system as needed.
• Monitor and coordinate the implementation of compliance software necessary to insure Cargill system compliance

Requirements
• 6+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
• 5+ years as a business analyst in an HR I/T or HR function
• 6+ Years of SQL experience (ability to run and manipulate complex queries)
• Strong PeopleSoft Reporting background experience

Nice To Have:
• MS Excel/Access experience
