Job Title: SQL Designer DBA
Location: Washington, DC
Duration : 1 year with possibility of extension
Required Skills:
SQL Designer DBA with a minimum 8 years experience
Bachelor's Degree
Complex SQL queries, and generating reports using PL/SQL against relational Databases.
Strong background with OLTP databases and OLAP (Data Warehouse and Data Marts) databases
Able to develop and test PL/SQL procedures and triggers; perform SQL tuning and re-write code as necessary
Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation
Exceptional ETL Design/Development knowledge
Strong experience in analyzing complex data, and entity relationships in SQL tables to develop processes, and components to identify and document
Strong scripting skills to perform data/file management (e.g. PERL, Python, Shell, etc.)
Good understanding of Database Design and Data Modeling concepts
Strong experience in Data Migrations, Data Quality and Data Maintenance
Knowledge of BI/Data Warehouse concepts, including star schema, aggregation processes
Good knowledge of Cursors, collections, and Advanced PL/SQL concepts
Ability to understand and interpret customer requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements
Master's Degree
