Our client in Florida is in need of an Oracle EBS Service Contracts/Install-Base / Field Service Developer to assist in an R12 Implementation.
The team's purpose is to work with service administration leadership, service business analysts, regional and branch service administrators to drive productivity through efficient and effective use of Service applications in Oracle e-Business Suite. This person will be responsible for developing technical specifications in co-ordination with functional analysts, and building development components in Oracle e-Business Suite Service domain.
· Work with the functional/business analysts on rectifying issues with Oracle Service application modules and help determine appropriate methods for resolution
· Create detailed technical design specifications
· Build/Develop enhancements in Oracle Service application modules using current and/or latest technologies
· Build/Develop integrations within/outside Oracle Service application modules using current and/or latest technologies
· Able to translate technical issues, architecture, and concepts to a non-technical audience on a regular basis.
· Oracle Service modules here mean specifically Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Field Service, Oracle Installed Base, Oracle CRM - including Contracts Billing and Coverages, Service Requests Billing, Service Costing, integrations with AR, Supply Chain etc.
