| · Facilitate collection of requirements from the businesses · Further document the existing systems in order to help define the requirements for the new environment. · Mapping system processes, documenting current system functions, create user documentation · This position is a true Business System Analyst |
What would a normal day for this position look like??
| · Will work very closely with architects, product teams, system engineers, developers and testing resources to document and define requirements · Will work with the above resources on a daily basis · Every day will be different

What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?
| · Must have Agile Experience · Strong technical skills – must have worked as a Business System Analyst for at least 8 years · Must have experience with documenting existing systems in order to write the requirements for the new system · Strong back end systems background · Good understanding of web architecture · Ecommerce experience in retail is preferred
