Certified Salesforce Developer / Administrators

Role : Salesforce Administrator / Developer (Certification mandatory)
Duration: 3+ Months
Primary Location: St. Paul, MN

Number of Positions:  4

Engagement Description:

 

The candidate will work on the states enterprise eLicensing project. The system is being implemented using salesforce.com. The system will allow citizens to conduct online transactions for required occupational and business licenses. A common statewide licensing solution reduces the costs and efforts needed to create licensing solutions for individual agencies. The system must be implemented by June 30, 2015. This resource will part of a small team of Salesforce administrators/developers working on individual agency implementations of salesforce.com (SFDC).

 

Resource duties will include:

 

·         Configuration, workflows, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations and related lists

·         Security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues and sharing rules; Report, dashboard and portal design and management

·         Data migration; Translation of business requirements to data model, user interface and business logic

·         Process discovery and management

·         Database de-duping and cleanup

·         Platform integration

·         Troubleshooting and issue resolution

·         Documentation and end-user training
