Title: Business Systems Analyst with Healthcare and Data exp

Location: Newark, NJ

Duration: Long term ( 1 year +)

Senior Business Systems Analyst with HealthCare and Pharmaceutical industry experience. Must have experience in System and Data mapping. Knowledge of Disease Management and Case Management processes. Must have Proficient in all stages of SDLC including but not limited to Requirements Analysis, System Design, Project tracking, engineering acceptance testing models and user training. Knowledge of various PBM version layout to integrate with Horizon systems.

Must have excellent communication skills and confidence with facing off with all levels of IT's Business Partners.

Activities include:

Complete IT estimates including resources and hours
Gather and document business requirements including current & future state flow diagrams and use cases.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix).
Participate in Informatica ETL Process Design
Document solution option recommendations for a desired outcome to be reviewed by the Enterprise Architect Team.
Complete all required EPMO deliverables identified for the project. Includes but not limited to BRIM, FMEA, SIPOC, etc which must be presented to the committee.
Participate and, at times, lead User Acceptance Testing and perform Training with Business End User community.
Perform data analysis leveraging SQL/DB2 utilities
Lead the project end to end through the SDLC and Plan according to the Enterprise Release calendar.
Perform Data analysis on Horizon eligibility source systems (NMS & NASCO)
Perform Data Mapping using metadata concepts for purposes of being used in ETL Processing
Assist in the design of web-based user interface that allows business end user ability to monitor production data.
