2. Experience in being part of the Business Blueprint phase in at least three GRC implementations, preferably GRC 10
3. Experience in planning, tracking and coordinating implementation activities across teams
4. Experience in creating business cases for a GRC implementation and persuading business to adopt GRC implementation
5. Ability to guide the business teams to choose the appropriate controls to be implemented
6. Ability to guide the business teams to add modify or mute the default controls provided by SAP
7. Experience in articulating the functionality of Emergency Access Management for Blueprinting
8. Experience in educating business teams and team leaders with the GRC functionality
9. Presentation skills
10. Extremely good written and oral communication skills

3. Ability to guide the business teams to choose the appropriate controls to be implemented
4. Ability to guide the business teams to add modify or mute the default controls provided by SAP
5. Experience in configuring GRC Rule set
6. Experience in designing and implementing user provisioning in GRC, preferably in GRC 10
7. Experience in articulating the functionality of Emergency Access Management for Blueprinting
8. Experience in configuring EAM in GRC
9. Experience in configuring workflows for user provisioning in GRC
10. Experience in educating business teams and team leaders with the GRC functionality
11. Presentation skills
12. Extremely good written and oral communication skills
