       Good knowledge on Lotus Note Domino Architecture
       Experience in Lotus note mailbox migration to Exchange 2010
       Knowledge on Quest tool
       Responsible for the technical architecture and design of the overall solution
       Responsible for implementation of the solution to meet the objective of the programme from a technical perspective
       Coordination between offshore, onsite and customer during transformation and transition phase
       Coordinate efforts between different teams and team   leads.
       Ensure adherence to processes, quality standards and project specifications
       Ensures development of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and project tracking/reporting to effectively manage phase
       Will work closely with messaging specialists during Build and Pilot phase of transformation
       Will work on any quest coexistence related issues and Migration issues during build and Test phase
