Role: SAP HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Akron, OH
Duration: 6 months
Rate: 60/hr on C2C All Inclusive
Interview: Tomorrow.
Job Description:
- Must be 8-9 Years experince in HCM/HR module.
- Must be able to lead a multi-country implementation of HR, specifically OM and PA.
- Must have 3 yrs. min hands on implementation configuration experience in HR OM/PA.
- Must have hands on configuration experience with info groups, Actions and country specific configuration Pay structures.
- Ability to review documented requirements, configure system according to requirements and provide a design approach on the PA info types and OM reporting Understand country specific reporting needs.
- Must have excellent English communication skills - written and verbal. Configuration of custom relations in OM.
- Knowledge of ESS and MSS and how it relates to R/3 on the backend is a plus.
