USG direct client is looking for Sr Project Manager - PMO BMO at Pleasanton, CA

Technical/Functional Skills:-

· Excellent communication skills

· Analytical thinking and problem solver

· Strong Team player

· Project Management expertise. PMP/Agile (Scrum) certified preferable

· Project Management tools – exposure to: MPP, Remedy, Cognos, SharePoint

· Financial management

· Resource management

· Must be able to handle multiple work streams and facilitate meetings with leaders and team

Experience Required:-

· 8 to 10 years. Must have worked at least 2 + years in Health care industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Manage governance and process in PMO BMO

· Participate and lead in defining best practices and lessons learnt for PMO BMO

· Participate in project audits

· Drive financial improvements in forecasting and ensure financial reconciliation with Budgets

· Prepare road maps and strategy for ongoing and future projects

· Establish and improve project planning, risks, issues and change management process.

Generic Managerial Skills:-

· PMP certification, Strong communication skills.
