USG direct client is looking for PEGA Solution Architect at Sunrise, Florida/ Bloomfield, CT

 

Technical/Functional Skill:-

Primary Skills: ·         Extensive Knowledge of PEGA Claim Engine ·         Extensive experience of System Modelling for Claim Adjudication ·         Excellent analytical and problem solving skills ·         Experience with re-engineering Legacy Systems ·         Working with PEGA as a current assignment ·         Experience leading a team in collaborative development of prototypes for demonstration of concepts  Secondary Skills: ·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Generic Managerial Skills:-

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria

·         Must be able to facilitate teams to successful resolution of issues

·         Must have good negotiation skills, conflict management & resolution skills

·         Creative approach to problem solving.
