A Tech Lead who has worked with the setup and configuration of the Employee Central module of Success Factor and has good knowledge of:

 

·         Business process discussions to map desired future processes.

·         Map Customer data to available fields and sections (Foundation Objects and Employee Data).

·         Standard Foundation Objects with propagation to support data consistency and referential integrity

·         HR Data with Effective Dating

·         Mapping of HR Data fields from Employee Central to Employee Profile

·         Pre-configured Standard event & HR transactions (Hire, Rehire, Terminate, Leave or Absence, Terminate, Transfer,
