Salesforce Developer
Location: Columbus, GA
Length: 6 Month +
Job Summary:
Develops, maintains, and integrates application software, related project management activity, and production support.
Works closely with internal and external clients, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements.
Develops and integrates application software, including unit testing and implementation efforts. Continues to maintain and support software after implementation.
Responsible for the more complex work and assignments typically required of a Developer.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will support Salesforce.com.
The candidate must have demonstrated work experience using the Salesforce.com, Force.com and developing Visualforce Pages.
Previous experience working with applications within the financial or banking industries is preferred.
A self-starter, willing and eager to learn new things and approach solutions differently.
Proven leadership skills to guide junior team members through design, implementation and deployment.
Passionate about designing and developing game-changing applications for customers.
Good understanding of Salesforce and its offerings: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Force.com Platform.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Apex, and Visualforce pages.
Proficiency with web technologies: HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery.
Proficiency with SOAP and RESTful web services design and documentation.
Provide detailed functional and technical analysis based on application design specifications provided by business analysts as well as interviews with end-users.
Develop and perform unit testing of code components or entire applications.
