Sr. Tableau Reporting Analyst

This role will support the Corporate Financial Reporting team

-Needs to be an Expert1 in Tableau development of reports based on hive tables and mentor the IT team as well as business in Tableau report development.

-Lead the IT team to design the right hive tables in order to maximize Tableau performance

-Understand business needs for reporting and come up with the right report design for them

-Guide the business team on correct set up of user level security set up

-Excellent communication and status reporting skills needed for business presentation

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?

- Tableau

- Tableau reporting based on hive tables

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

- Big data development using Hive/MapR

QUALIFICATION CALL NOTES:

Manager emphasized that they really just need a couple years of strong experience with Tableau reports development with 

Hive as the data source, and good communication.
