Job Title: Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Duration : 6+ Months
Required Skills:
2+ years of practical analytical experience preferably in a Microsoft development environment, DYNAMICS CRM/XRM (both on-line and on premise).
Knowledge of SQL and SRSS.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, documentation and specification skill set .
Ability to meet deadlines, goals and objectives within time line specifications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Education/experience working in a technical shop practicing the rapid application development model.
Education/experience in IT analysis and design, ability to write technical documentation.
Significant practical and technical experience in a Microsoft Dynamics XRM environment including ERP development.
Ability to utilize appropriate business analysis tools, e.g. Visio, PowerPoint and Prototyping tools.
Knowledge of work flow or wireframe prototype development.
Educated or experience/background in quality assurance techniques, ability to write technical documentation, comprehensive testing.
