- Write User Stories and Functional requirement gathering
- Diligent Technical Project Management
- Liaison with multiple teams
- Product Management / Business Analyst skills
- ecommerce Shipping knowledge (particularly related to Global Shipment and Cross border trade)
- Knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of any Agile tool such as JIRA or Rally
