Role: Programmer/Developer Lead - Pega Developer
Work Location:  Atlanta, GA 

 

Programmer/Developer - Pega Developer
1. Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) 
2. Pega PRPC version 7 platform experience
3. Experience with development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative) strongly preferred. 
4. Good understanding of OOO, SOA, ESB and basic CSA concepts/design patterns. 
5. 1+ years of Pega implementations
6. Experience designing and developing process based solutions using BPM (business process management)
7. Experience with basic rule forms, such as Flows, Activities, Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA’s, Correspondences, Reports,  Connectors, Services, etc
8. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
9. Ability to work and communicate effectively with other developers, IT staff and non-IT functional areas
10. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
