2 Played the role of Project Manager atleast for 5 -6 yrs and has expertise in creating project plans and estimation techniques
3. Expertise in client interaction and providing solutions to the customer
4. Has excellent capabilties in Mentoring the onsite team and also co-ordinating with Offshore team.
5. Good knowledge on Business objects worked extensively for atleast 8 - 10 years
6. Good knowledge on ETL tools(Informatica/IBM data state/BODS) for 2 -3 years and is well aware of end to end BI project Implementation cycles.
7. Has executed atleast 3 -4 end to end BI implementation projects.
8. Excellent Analytical skills and good focus in providing BI solutions to the customer based on Customer requirements.
9. Has a good vision of Creating Project road maps for the Client and has got excellent presentation skills to showcase in front of client
10. Good in mentoring the team members and getting the work done within estimated timeliness.
11. Good knowledge on BI Architecture and domain, visualization tools.
12. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, confidence and ability to interact with Business Users
