Accountable for installation, deployment, provisioning, communication, documentation and support of the systems infrastructure, hardware and software in order to support business applications.

Deliver services by meeting the strategic objectives of the organization including service management, risk management, and project delivery. Develops backup and recovery strategies and implements them.

Administrators operate in any of the following specialty areas:

Identity management suite - CA Products to include - Identity Manager, Siteminder, Governance Minder as well as other proprietary technologies.

Troubleshooting and problem solving skills essential.

Ability to work independently and in teams required.

Advanced knowledge of Identity Manager and/or Siteminder required.

Enterprise Directory (Oracle) experience a plus

Role is subject to an on call rotation and can include scheduled weekend checkouts and ad-hoc incident response.
