$55/hr

Resource should be
- J2EE developer who has coding experience(60- 70% coding experiance) 
- Some level of Technical BA experience/knowledge with business interaction (less than 30 % should suffice)




5- 10 Years years of Experience in Technical business analyst Role
Prior experience in handling business and IT clients directly
Prioir experience in clinet co-ordination and followups
Technical knowledge in J2EE to triage the simple Problems
Coding in J2EE
Experience in relational databases
Problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in working with team located remotely
Good communication , client handling skills
