JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an exceptional UI/UX Designer to lead a team of Visual Designers to redefine the experience of its web and mobile applications. The Team is l
ooking for a compelling visual communicator with razor-sharp eye for superb aesthetics. The ideal candidate is a passionate believer in the power of elegant web
design and get giddy when there’s opportunity to enhance user’s experience.
The ideal candidate?
• Our product’s challenging flows and variables require a holistic vision of the overall user experience
• You’re skilled at turning requirement from Business Analysts specs into mockups and wireframes and then into beautiful, thoughtful web pages and mobile apps, in a short, iterative process
• You intuitively bring simplicity to complex ideas
• You’re as comfortable working with other designers as you are with developers
• You believe the work day should be dynamic, ever-evolving, and filled with fun and laughter
• You understand the importance of “less is more†and have a passion for current design trends
• You take on projects outside of your comfort zone and take ownership over your work
• You have experience working with web developers
Primary Responsibilities:
• Create designs that will be viewed by thousands of users
• Drive projects alongside diverse teams of project managers, engineers and analysts
• Improve the experience and quality of our web/mobile applications through split testing, refinement, and the introduction of new features
• Create wireframe and high resolution mocks for coding by the front-end development team
• Build brand assets and collaborate on enhancements to the brand style guide
• Simplify current experiences to 2 to 3 actions
Job Requirements:
• BA/BS required
• You have experience in visual design of web applications for medium-to-large-sized businesses
• You’ve worked in an agile development environment
• You have an understanding of HTML/CSS and call Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign your second home
• Ability to efficiently execute beautiful wireframes and simple prototypes, and deliver pixel-perfect mockups
• You’ve got a robust portfolio
