Job Requirement:
The person should have hands on experience in the following skills:
Genesys 8.x (GVP/CIM
Nuance Framwork
Verint v11
Cyara

 

Their day to day responsibilities include the following:
Work on enhancement based on the business requirements
Estimate enhancement and support leads in planning the work
Support production issues
Investigate any reported failures
Identify the fix & foot cause
Identify and implement process to improve the implementation of enhancements and bug fixes
Liaise with external vendors in getting projects completed
