Requirement 1:

 

Position: Security Engineer

Location: Sacramento, CA

Duration: Long Term

 

Looking for hands-on experience on the following:

 

  5-7 years of work experience

1)      Network security - Ids/ips/firewall

2)      Malware and antivirus

3)      Forensic analysis and DLP  

4)      Encryption technology

5)      Unix or window – security admin experience

6)      Programming in java or web development -  (preferable)

7)      Certification – CCNA, CCNA & CISSP

 

 

 

Requirement 2:

 

Job Title : Agile PLM - Project Manager

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Duration : Long-term

 

Skill-Sets: Oracle PLM, Project Governance and Reporting

 

JD:

 

Overall Experience should be a Minimum of 12 – 15 Years.

•         Must have prior experience in managing PLM projects

•         Must  be technically strong in Oracle PLM

•         Prior experience working as PM and using Agile Methodology (Scrum Certification would be preferable) is desirable

•         Experience in managing PLM Implementations

•         Excellent Communication Skills.

•          Experience in Project Governance and Reporting

 

 

Requirement 3:

 

Title : MuleSoft developer

Location : Indianapolis – Indiana

Duration : Long-term

 

 

Below is the JD for MuleSoft developer:

 

·         5 to 10 years of experience in Software development projects, predominantly in ESB technologies.

·         At least 2 years of development experience in MuleSoft.

·         Working knowledge of RESTful Services, RAML and Rabbit MQ is desirable.

·         Experience in Product Development is desirable.

·         Well versed with all the phases of SDLC.

 

 

Requirement 4:

 

Job title : Performance Engineer

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Duration : Long-term

 

Required Skills : Load/Performance testing tool, Experience in visual studio 2013

 

JD:

 

The Performance Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the key competencies and processes required for performance testing. The individual will work cross-functionally with testers, software developers and other IT members in a fast-paced, challenging, and growing environment to implement and execute performance test strategies.

Load/Performance testing tool, Experience in visual studio 2013.Help in configuring and complete the setup of our testing tool in UAT environment

 

Essential duties and responsibilities:

 

Implement and drive performance testing process for Payor's software applications, database, servers

Plan, define, execute, and analyze high-level performance testing strategies and solutions through business, functional and technical expertise

Use performance tools to design and execute load and performance tests across a diverse technology stack.

Develop data driven automated performance scripts and execute performance and load testing of all applications

Design and execute daily load Build Validation Tests as well as larger, system level tests

Create and maintain the test lab for performance and security testing

Monitor, gather, and communicate application performance issues; provide recommendations for improvements where applicable

Develop and document performance test plans that include measures, desired results and standards

Assess the test designs and work with appropriate teams to ensure sufficient test data

Work very close with Product Development and Software Development teams to meet performance goals and metrics

Propose, define, setup and standardize the process for performance and security metrics

Develop system testing and validation procedures

Maintain and adopt common performance testing processes and practices across different product lines

Work closely with Payor cross-functional teams and external partners / vendors.

 

Requirements:

 

 At least 5 years of performance testing experience in a professional software development environment

Experience working independently to lead multiple, simultaneous quality assurance efforts, and a track record as a mentor with providing quality assurance leadership in a performance testing capacity

Hands on experience with HP LoadRunner (or similar enterprise class  performance testing tools)

Ability to interact on project teams which include project managers, business and functional analysts, developers and the business community directly related to quality assurance responsibilities and roles

Awareness of industry performance standards

Knowledgeable in Automated and Performance Testing.  Knowledge of performance bottlenecks and end-to-end web performance measures (server response time, throughput, network latency, etc.)

Ability to code advanced load test scripts and technical performance test plans

Understand load test environments and the application architecture

Understand networking and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, ASP, Flash, etc.  Knowledge of Microsoft Silver-Light technology a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot performance and load issues in the test environment

Strong attention to detail

Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment

Team player who exhibits effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative style. 

Strong planning and organizational skills
