Position : Business Analyst
Location : NJ
Duration : Contract
Important :: Insurance /Reinsurance Domain must
Rate is $48-50/HR on Corp to Corp.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering/documentation
- Translating business requirements into functional design specifications
- Creating test plans/scripts based on design specifications
- Test execution and support
- End user training
Business Analyst Qualifications:
- BS/MS in business or related fields and/or equivalent experience
- MBA a plus. Finance or Pharmaceutical Management MBA preferred
- 8+ yrs work experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; Strong client facing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business
- Works willingly and effectively with others to accomplish team goals
- Insurance /Reinsurance domain experience a plus
- Experience coordinating and documenting business requirements preferred
- Experience writing functional specifications and requirements preferred
- Relational database experience a plus
