Basic Qualifications:

Functional

Channels (Branches, ATM's, Etc...)experience
An excitement for creating and being creative technically
A keen interest in business process
Enthusiasm for unearthing answers within legacy code
Object-oriented development experience (Java, .Net, etc.)
Experience working with contemporary web based software architectures and technologies
An aptitude for working with end users and understanding their requirements
Strong sense of ownership and pride for excellent work
Good knowledge of SQL, Transaction Processing and UI Design

Technical

SQL - 2-3 years of experience
Eclipse - or any other similar development Environments as for example Net Beans
.NET experience 2-3 years' experience - Version 4.0 or higher
Other JAVA (HTML, XML, JavaScript - 2-3 years of experience
OOP/OOD Design Patterns - 2-3 years of experience
