Role: 2- Sr. Network Engineer
Location: Irving, TX.
Duration: 3-6 Months & 6-12 Months
Job Description:
We need more a network administrator on a temporary basis for tickets/documentation and general workload. This will be a 6 to 12 month engagement and the resource will need to be fluent verbal and written English.
• Cisco CCNA Qualified
• Creates and maintains network documentation
• Follows hardware and software standards for the network
• Collaborates on projects as necessary
• Monitor network health and review logged events
• Network troubleshooting
• Log support calls with third-party vendors and assist with trouble resolution
• Provide next level support for help desk
• Participate in after-hours support rotation and perform other duties as assigned
Resource#2
Location: Customer site, Irving, Texas
Duration: 3 to 6 month engagement with possibility of extension if project is not complete
Description:
This resource needs to be CCNA certified and have the ability to create and modify network documentation. This resource will need to login to the devices discovered and verify device details and update inventory. The resource will need to be a team player and work well with local technical resources and vendor teams supporting the customer inventory and support plans. The resource will use the client's Net Brain discovery and documentation tools and will need to speak and write fluently in English.
