The profiles should be senior profile with min 10+ years of experience and having strong leadership skills.
1. Achieves and maintains a solid understanding of the business environment as a whole, including business practices, processes and strategy.
2. Facilitates requirements workshops with Subject Matter Experts
3. Performs individual aspects of the requirements specification function, including requirements prioritization and functional and non-functional specification development.
4. Interfaces with business SMEs & end users to develop business process models (as-is and to-be) and perform Gap Analysis
5 Create Business Requirements and Functional Requirements Specifications (use cases/stories), business rules and identify user interface requirements
6. Works with project architects, development leads, vendor partners & user interface designers to translate requirements to design
7. Provides traceability of requirements ensuring solution will meet the business need
