Job Title: System Business Analyst
Location: Lexington Ave, NY and and Jamaica (Need Locals)
Duration : 6+ Months
Required Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Business Analyst role
Detailed understanding of, and experience with, all ITIL processes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Powerpoint)
Familiarity with Microsoft Project version 2003 and higher
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for flow charts/process flows version 2003 and higher
Excellent oral, written and presentation communications
Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; a self-starter
