Urgent Need: Trackwise Developer
Type of Hire: FTE or CTH  
Location: Morgantown, WV 

• Domain Knowledge of typical QMS processes such as Complaints Management, CAPA, Audit Management et al
• Identifies and reviews regulatory standards such as 21 CFR Part 11 and shares with teams as needed to educate the teams on QMS requirements
• Works with project leaders and both internal and external (consultants) team members to ensure that all the development work on projects meets applicable ISO and CFR QMS requirements
• Understanding of GxP and validation qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• TrackWise Architecture: Environment, Servers
• TrackWise Configuration: Workflows, States, Activities, Data fields, Selection Values, Group Categories, Projects, Migration
• Coordinator Configuration: Admin Queries, Admin Triggers, Dynamic Queries
• TrackWise Utilities: PR Import, Selection Import, Person Import, Entity Import
• TrackWise user access management – Person, Login Accounts
• Experience in Trackwise Migration and Upgrade is preferable
• Experience with Crystal Reports
• Experience in electronic Reporting (eMDR/eMDV/E2B)
• SLA/OLA measurement and reporting, incident reporting, process optimization, process automation, problem management, creating and reviewing SOPs

o   Online design and configuration including use of process groups (expert level required)
o   Coordinator design and configuration including Admin Triggers and Dynamic Queries (expert)
o  Knowledge of TrackWise Utilitiies - Selection list value management & PR Import utility (expert)
o   Migrator
-          Crystal Reports (v11) design and configuration for TrackWise (expert)
-          General:  Minimum of four major full cycle project implementations as a technical lead.
-          Minimum 4 years of experience required, 6 years of experience preferred.
