Siebel Developer

Developer Resources will be working within Optum Technology systems for the enhancements, revisions and configuration HIIX projects including VT HIX.
Working with New Jersey Delivery Center, with 150+ resources based in Basking Ridge NJ. Postion requires travel on working remotely at client location
Minimum of 8 years in developing applications and working with CRM applications (Siebel OnPremise) 4+ years of Analysis, Design and Development of complex applications and systems. Working knowledge in all phases of standard SDLC process.
Essential roles and responsibilities
Execute on all project tasks to ensure a successful and high quality delivery of an enterprise solution comprising of Siebel , and other Oracle application technologies
Responsible for all deliverables, including the design and implementation of functionality in Siebel
Ability to develop integrations using EAI, repeating components, flat-file extracts, etc
Required experience and qualifications
Working knowledge of Siebel 8.2.x Public Sector.
Must have over 8+ years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry with over majority of it working on Siebel OnPremise.
Hand on expertise with Siebel Adapters, EAI, EIM.
Excellent expertise with Siebel eScripting.
Expertise in Siebel Workflows, Business Services, Web Services, Workflow error handling and exception handling.
Expertise in Setting up and Tuning Server Components, EAI Object Manager components, HTTP Parameters, Setting up Siebel subsystems
Experience in end- to-end Siebel architecture with deep knowledge in the areas of deployment, integration, Siebel repository migration/merge, Siebel Tools.
Experience in integration work with SOA, XML transformations, WSDL, XSDs
Experience working and developing RTEs.
Must have experience with Siebel Application Administration, including LOVs, Group Administration (Divisions, Positions, & Employees), Responsibilities, Views, State Model, etc.
Experience with Siebel Server Administration, including Component Configuration & Management, Jobs, Profile Configuration, etc
Expertise in working with Siebel Integration Objects.
Perform analysis of client requirements and translate them into application specifications
Ability to work well in a team environment
Develop high-quality deliverables on time and within budget
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor s degree in computer science or related
