Job Description:
Ø  6-8 years of experience in Siebel CRM
Ø  Experience in various Sales and Service modules of Siebel
Ø  Experience of various Siebel integration technologies including both real-time and batch integrations
Ø  Strong in verbal and written communication to interface with business/IT leads to determine support requirements, incident details etc
Ø  Entensive knowledge and experience in other Siebel areas such as Workflows/Configuration
Ø  Experience in Siebel CTI module
Ø  Strong Analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues and determine resolution to provide a quick turnaround
