ROLE PURPOSE
Administration of Oracle/Hyperion tools used in delivery of Budget and Forecast. Responsibilities include ongoing maintenance and support of all systems. Serve as the primary interface between the user community and IT Group.
SKILLS INVENTORY
Required
· Hands-on delivery / administration experience with Oracle/Hyperion Essbase, preferably System 11.1.2.3
· Essbase Studio and Essbase ASO expertise is required
· Hands-on building Oracle/Hyperion Financial Reports including snapshots, graphs, books and distribution automation
· Hands-on building Oracle/Hyperion Smart View for Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Skilled in development / maintenance of Essbase calculation scripting, data loading, optimization, automation and backup/restore
· Strong functional background of Reporting, Budgeting and Planning processes
· Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
· Training experience for end users
· Hyperion/Oracle System 11.1.2.3 Shared Services and Life Cycle Management experience
· Excellent documentation skills
· Training experience for end users
